Nuts and bolts
The team at Wray Mechanical & Acoustics Ltd offers a wealth of fabrication engineering know-how and practical experience. Over the years we’ve worked on a diverse range of projects including steelwork, ducting, tanks and vessels – so we’re versatile too.
We work on a variety of projects from small, high specification projects through to the manufacture of large industrial processing plant. We’ll turn our hand to a specific engineering issue or alternatively can provide a turnkey solution; delivering everything from the initial design concept through to manufacture and installation.
Our engineers are innovative, commercially aware and committed to providing you with the best solution for your business.
Our customers range from small chemical processors to large cereal manufacturers but we have the expertise, experience and manufacturing capability to provide fabrication solutions in most sectors.

Halar Coated Ducting
At Wray Mechanical we have recently helped companies in the semi conductor industry with the design, manufacture and installation on Halar Coating Ducting.
Halar ECTFE coatings and linings offer outstanding fire and corrosion protection to semiconductor applications. ECTFE is widely used as a coating or lining material for exhaust ducts, vessels and process equipment. ECTFE powder coatings enable exhaust duct systems to meet the FM4922 fire safety standard. ECTFE coated ductwork features exceptionally smooth surface to reduce the risk of contamination buildup and corrosion.
